Sometimes DH has to remind me to live in the near future and don't worry so much about the far future.

In terms of fitness I am really taking one year at a time so it is a different journey for me than it is for you. You have come so far and are doing so well. Enjoy all victories, like the 1.6 pounds you lost last week! Finally, congratulations on "getting it". Your journey is ABOUT the journey, and not the destination. Your process of transformation is just that: A Process. It's not an event. There will not come a day where you officially declare, "I have arrived!" Beit professionally, personal or spiritual, we're always transforming, evolving, improving. Just keep visualizing your success. Believe in you and know your potential is limitless.Krissy Jake-Smithnoreply@blogger.com
