I have two little kids too and getting outside just isn't always possible. When you have such big goals as you do, I think you're GENIUS for getting a treadmill to help you achieve them.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06775254688394259213noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5985664838954149514.post-86874616093984817822011-12-16T12:08:16.693-07:002011-12-16T12:08:16.693-07:00Around here the treadmill is often used when it is...Around here the treadmill is often used when it is too hot and humid outside. I hate it more than anything...ugh I hate it. I am running outside as much as possible. I just can't make myself stay on that dreaded treadmill and am hoping to avoid it most of the winter.Michaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17584071206419891364noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5985664838954149514.post-42114657388426074592011-12-15T10:28:07.212-07:002011-12-15T10:28:07.212-07:00Ignore Keith!! You are way tougher than me with the cold. What do you do at those freezing temps to keep your lungs from hurting with the cold air? My husband got rid of a treadmill we had several years ago and I am regretting it a little right now. :(TriMOEngrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06263218066341525194noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5985664838954149514.post-77302933465429446352011-12-15T08:56:40.262-07:002011-12-15T08:56:40.262-07:00"Truthfully, I think the biggest benefit is t..."Truthfully, I think the biggest benefit is that it opens up my training time.
